On Tuesday, December 2nd and Thursday, December 4th, 2025 the NOVA Horticulture Program Greenhouse will open to the public from 11am to 6pm for the Horticulture Club's Annual Poinsettia Sale.

This year we have 11 varieties of premium and unique poinsettias, some of which won't be found anywhere else in the area! Each plant is $10 and includes: hand wrapped decorative foiling, a protective sleeve, and care instructions.

Also, thanks to the HRT 121 Greenhouse Crop Production class, we will have many species/cultivars of indoor house plants also available for sale from $10 and up. These include, but are not limited to: Alocasia 'Black Velvet,' Ponytail Palm, Anthurium superbum, Calathea 'Burle Marx,' Assorted Echeverias, Monstera 'Thai Constellation,' Peperomia 'Marble,' Philodendron 'Birkin,' Blue Star Fern (Phlebodium aureum), Scindapsus pictus, and Tradescantia zebrina 'Red' and more!

This year we're also excited to continue our partnership with the Loudoun Parking Office to accept credit card payments! That's right! Now there's no more worrying about bringing the right amount of cash or forgetting your checkbook!
